Although the ski town of Vail, Colorado faced challenges this winter with snowfall and the pandemic, the average Net Promoter Score was 74%. RRC’s founding partner, Chris Cares, recently presented the final survey results at a Vail Town Council meeting. The survey methodology from this year shifted from in-person to online. The survey asked about demographics, overnight vs. day travel, season passes and sentiments towards Covid-19 restrictions and Vail’s environmental sustainability efforts.
