Montana-based Headwaters Economics — a nonpartisan research firm — released the report based on a survey, conducted by RRC Associates, of 364 Taos County residents earlier this year. In general, the survey found broad support for expanding and improving trails. Nearly three-quarters of those surveyed said they “strongly agree” with “the development of an expanded and better connected system of trails and paths in the Enchanted Circle.”
