With increase in skier numbers across the resort, Crystal Mountain Resort in Washington recently made the decision to end all walk-up sales on the mountain on all weekends and holidays. With full parking lots, long lines and packed restaurants, the resort needed a way to manage its visitation. Are other resorts going to follow suit?
“Limiting single-day sales would have no effect on crowds caused by pass holders but could reduce crowds overall.
